• Introduction The YG-60 engineering drilling rig is a fully hydraulic driven power head drilling rig. Suitable for the construction of large tonnage prestressed anchor holes and drainage holes in water electrical stations, railways, and highway slopes, as well as for the prevention and control of geological disasters such as landslides and rock collapses. It is also suitable for the construction of small water wells and high-pressure rotary jet drilling. The drilling rig has been widely used in Xiaowan in Yunnan, Longtan in Guangxi, Zipingpu in Sichuan, Goupitan in Guizhou and Shuibuya in Hubei, as well as Yongtaiwen in Zhejiang, Mount Huangshan Hangzhou, Dali in Yunnan Baoshan and other expressways, becoming the main model of domestic medium and large tonnage geotechnical anchoring projects.

  ● The output shaft of the drilling rig's power head is equipped with a telescopic mechanism, which can effectively protect the drilling tools. The direction of the power head and orifice plate can be adjusted, allowing for direct drilling of upward holes, greatly increasing the range of drilling angles.
  ● The front of the drilling rig frame is equipped with up and down adjustable columns and huff, which can adjust the height of the mast, making the hole position quick and convenient during construction.
  ● The drilling rig structure is split type, with good detachablity and convenient relocation and installation speed; And it can be remotely operated, completing porous construction in one relocation; The operating staff have a good working environment and low labor intensity.
  ● A fixed installation hole is reserved on the drilling rig mast, which can be directly installed on the scaffold through auxiliary components (horizontal axis and fasteners) without the need for a frame, greatly reducing weight and making relocation quick and convenient.
  ● The hydraulic motor, pump, and quick connector of the drilling rig are made of international products, while other main components are selected from well-known domestic products to ensure stable, reliable, and long service life of the entire machine. The standardization and serialization of vulnerable parts in drilling rigs are high, and they have good interchangeability.
