Since hundreds of years ago, construction technology has been applied to sheet piles, beams, or other pile bodies, and construction technology has always depended on the development of piling equipment technology. Early people mainly used free fall hammers. After the beginning of the industrial era, steam hammers, air compressors, Firewood oil hammers, and hydraulic hammers emerged. Starting from hydraulic hammers, vibration technology has been used for applying and removing makeup. For decades, ThyssenKrupp GfT has been accompanying the development of this field.
The hydraulic vibration pile driving equipment was developed by ThyssenKrupp GfT Tiefbautechnik in Germany in 1967. Since the 1990s, the company's research and development work has focused on various low-noise and non resonant vibration pile construction equipment. At the same time, ThyssenKrupp GfT is also at the forefront of global development in drilling and anchoring technology.
The advantage of vibration makeup technology lies in its diverse applications. For example, it can be freely suspended and lifted, or installed on excavators and guide frames for operation. At the same time, it can also be used for pre tensioning inclined pile construction, which has the advantages of good performance and low noise. Additionally, one of its key features is the ideal protection of the pile body.
The principle of using vibration makeup equipment to achieve pile driving and makeup removal The development of vibration makeup technology is based on the principle of reducing or eliminating static resistance inside the soil by changing the soil morphology through vibration. The vertical oscillation generated by the vibration hammer is transmitted to the pile body through the clamping device. The adjacent soil layer also vibrates, thereby reducing the friction between the soil and the makeup. Under the action of eccentric oscillation and static pressure, makeup work is achieved. The oscillation in damp soil layers creates a water film between the pile and the soil, making pile driving easier. The effective reduction of surface friction and elimination of head resistance during pile pulling make the pile body easy to pull out.
